  • Rooms may only be booked for entire sessions - there are no reduced rates for shorter periods
  • A 10% discount will be offered to hirers who book for 10 or more occasions in a single booking
  • Hire fees for periods 2, 4 and 5 will be reduced by £5.00 where they are to extend an adjacent hire period rather than for stand-alone periods
  •  A further £60 surcharge will be made to the Hall (only ) hire costs for events hiring session 6 on Saturday and/ or serving alcohol/ where "sit down" food is served/ where live performances are being made
  • Events serving alcohol/ where "sit down" food is served/ where live performances are being made must pay a damage deposit of £250.00 to cover breakages and any of the following: £10.00 for each black bin liner left to be cleared, £5 for each sack left outside the Biffa bin, £25 for any bottles or glass cleared up from outside the Hall, £20 per hour for any subsequent cleaning required and £50 for each half hour beyond the end of the allowed departure time.
  • A holding deposit of approximately 20% of the hire fee will be required
